___ Cover the stand with a tray linen from the sacristy.
___ Turn on the sound system by flipping the large white switch located below – but outside - the roll-top cover of the sound system desk in the choir area. (If the system is not activated, contact Kathleen Larkin in the church office.)
___ Turn the lights up by pressing the #2 - or higher # if deemed appropriate - button on the small white box which is located to the left side above the sound system desk.

___ Prepare the gifts:

___ Place the gifts on the small gift stand on the left side of the center aisle, next to pew 6. (Note: The procedure in the chapel was to also include a cruet of water with the gifts; however, it now to be included in the Eucharistic items listed below.)

___ The appropriate priest’s chalice for the Mass celebrant.
___ 2 silver/pewter ciborium bowls each filled with 40 or so Hosts except when Fr. Tom is the celebrant, when only one ciborium bowl is filled with 40 or so Hosts. At all Masses, at least a 6-10 Hosts should be made available in a ciborium bowl for consecration and subsequent placement in Pyxs to be taken to the home-bound.
