The Third Option is a Marriage Enrichment Program. Many of us manage marriage as a series of choices, between his desires and her desires, between “peace at any price” and “letting it all hang out.” These options don’t bring us together, but instead they tend to move us to extremes. THE THIRD OPTION helps us learn the skills to meet in the middle! With The Third Option, you can learn to break through the clutter of past baggage and misunderstandings and build an effective, loving relationship.
During THE THIRD OPTION's 14-week session cycle, class content will cover a comprehensive set of tools that couples can use to develop better understanding, sensitivity and trust while learning more effective speaking and listening skills.
Anyone who is engaged or married is welcome to register to attend this free program. If you are interested but your spouse can’t/won’t come, you are still welcome to join us, and in time, perhaps they will come as well.
The Third Option is also very complementary with Weekend Marriage Enrichment programs, such as the Worldwide Marriage Encounter Weekend or Retrouvaille Weekend.

Why a Third Option?
Many of us manage marriage as a series of choices between his desires and her desires, between "peace at any price" and "letting it all hang out." Because they tend to move us to extremes, these options don't bring us together. With the Third Option, you can learn how to break through the clutter of past baggage and misunderstandings and build an effective, loving relationship.
The Third Option is a skills-based group program that helps participants build stronger, more fulfilling marriages. Each 14 - session cycle covers a comprehensive set of tools that couples can use to develop better understanding, sensitivity and trust while learning more effective speaking and listening skills.
Is this Counseling?
No. The Third Option is not counseling. It is an educational group where we learn and encourage and support each other. When appropriate, we'll recommend that group participants seek counseling or other assistance. It is often helpful to do both.
The Third Option is led by skilled facilitators and by couples who have overcome serious issues in their marriages.
